AQAD 55 (Kaun hain yeh!)

Having made the declaration of continuing on with the blog.I was contemplating as to what should be our revival post.In between all this contemplation more feedbacks came in from our kind readers, most of them boosting our confidence and some of them all most challenging us to bring it on! Hence i got kick started to make this post after a long time. From today onwards team bizdom starts it revival process.

We begin with a visual question.

On the right is a pic of a man, by profession he was a pilot. He made significant contributions for his country. However he is credited with the idea of starting something in a particular sport. What is the idea and who is this man.

Air Marshall Nur Khan.he was a pilot with PIA .He's the founder of the annual Champions Trophy in hockey. Also credited with giving the idea to FIH for starting the Hockey World Cup.

On second thoughts....naaah not so easily!

Ask smokers and drunkards, how easy it is for them for quitting their habits...........leave alone asking them.how many of us actually would believe that a drunkard has actually quit drinking. In fact if some drunkard does say i have quit drinking, one would ask the drunkard "for how many minutes pal??".....Old Habits Die Hard.....

Sometimes when trees grow large and old,it stops bearing fruits, some gardeners would outrightly chop off the tree, some smart gardeners would try the scientifically unproven but a genuine method of threatening the tree by way of making a few cuts on the bark of the tree. The tree as a result of sustaining a few cuts on it's bark feels threatened to be chopped off,and in order to please the gardener it starts bearing fruits.

The above mentioned statements are my own personal view points.

With the news of us shutting down reaching many of our readers, reactions and feedbacks have started to pour in,some of them available on virtual social forums. Some of them verbal and some of them on mail.Considering all the suggestions and feedbacks,we as a team have decided that we are NOT SHUTTING THIS BLOG.In fact some of the feedbacks have been the motivation to revive this blog, and run it the way it was in it's prime.Thank you everyone for showing interest in this blog and encouragement provided to revive it.All we can say for the moment is "just wait and watch"

Rgds

Review IMT G - Quorisity

All be it a slightly late review, but still i feel this quiz deserves a review.Mind u m not a fond writer of any reviews, just that i felt this should not pass by without any noteworthy mention.A sunday afternoon i had to think twice before going to attend the quiz,as to y shud i attend a b school quiz having been passed out more than a year ago,but having attended the quiz i felt it was the time worth spending.Yes Mr Souvik Basu played the quizmaster's role to a nicety.I have been to some quizzes where many new quizmasters try to be a "Bond" when they are at quiz mastering,as its always easy to be one when u knw all the ans,and u r at the asking end of the quiz and not the answering end.Souvik did very well to not to fall in that trap.He spent his wits wisely and also kept the audience interested.Full marks for the time management and quality of question.A good research backed up by good presentation is the least that can be said of the quiz. All in all a fantastic quiz.
