LoGO TaLe: India Post

At first glance, it appears to be an envelope. A closer look reveals the bold strokes which give the impression of a flying bird. Though there has been a departure from the straight lines in the earlier logo, a certain element of continuity can be seen. The wings, which act as the anchoring element, have been retained, but the treatment is different.
According to an O&M, red has been chosen for its traditional association with the postal service. The colour also embodies passion, power and commitment. Yellow communicates hope, joy and happiness.

KFC places 'Double Down' ad campaign on girls' butts‎

KFC is getting creative, but taking some heat, for their latest ad campaign by using the backsides of female college students.
KFC wants to advertise its bunless burger on the buns of college girls. On select U.S. college campuses, girls will be given Double Down sweat pants to encourage them and others to try the sandwich KFC launched earlier this year.

The Double Down has two pieces of chicken -- breaded or grilled -- which serve as the bread. Between the chicken there is bacon, cheese and sauce. KFC says calorie-wise, the sandwich is similar to many burgers at other fast food restaurants. This campaign was launched on the Spalding University campus in Louisville, where KFC is headquartered.

KFC launched the initiative this week in Louisville, Ky., where brand ambassadors sporting the one-of-a-kind Double Down clothing attracted fellow students across campus with KFC gift certificates. Female students interested in becoming ambassadors at their schools may contact KFC on the company’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/kfc). KFC will select students at three additional campuses and outfit them with the customized sweat pants, KFC gift checks to distribute and a $500 stipend for their involvement.

'Sex in the Stone': The Art of Love is same as it was 40,000 years ago.

The basic sexual behavior of Homo sapiens has not changed in at least the past 40,000 years as per the the two curators of the exhibition 'Sex in stone'. This was indicated by prehistoric examples of oral sex, 'voyeurism', masturbation and bestiality.
The show "Sex in the Stone" shows how our ancestors were followers of a true "Kama Sutra" since the Stone age. The engravings show sex with animals, threesomes, voyeurism, masturbation, oral sex and use of vibrators in addition to homosexual relations.
The show debuts in September at the Atapuerca Foundation headquarters in Ibeas of Juarros (Burgos), northern Spain, and will runs until 2011.
