Gmail users will be able to initiate free phone calls to the U.S. and Canada from within the e-mail service, thus Mountain View search giant is taking on Skype in the competitive Internet telephony space.
Users can launch calls by clicking on the "Call phone" option at the top of their chat list and then dialing a number or entering a name from their contact list.

Mobile Money Services will also allow consumers to pay utility bills as well as recharge prepaid SIM cards (top-ups), and later on also pay merchants for goods and services by using their mobile devices. Supported by Obopay's payments platform, the first-of-its-kind service provides the ability to initiate mobile payments through multiple channels i.e. SMS, IVR, WAP, JAVA and FIRE.
3. Dubai’s state-owned low-cost airline, Flydubai, has commenced its India operations with thrice-weekly flights to-and-fro Lucknow. Flydubai commenced operations in June 2009. It has eight aircraft and connects 17 international destinations. The company plans a fleet of 50 planes by 2016.

Named as "e-Speech Application through Network for Automated Communication Help and Response", the application is developed through a collaboration between RajCOMP, the state's computer agency and OneWorld Foundation-India.
