For the first time in his professional career, Al Pacino needs money badly enough to endorse something. That something is Vittoria coffee, an Australian brand whose original founders were Italian immigrants, which is part of the reason they chose Pacino.
However in 2008 for the movie Righteous Kill, luxury watch brand Tutima did used his image along with Robert De Niro.
Against this both of them accused Tutima of false advertising and right of publicity violations. Pacino's representatives released a statement that the actor "has never commercially endorsed any product or service in the United States.”
