Raphael Young: Try walking in his flexi-soles shoes

Is a common sight when you see the female employee in the office complete with their stilettos, and switch to using flat shoes when going home. But one designer believes he can change the ritual with the high heels which he claims are very comfortable shoes.
French shoe designer Raphael Young created 'R-Flex', a range of smart high heels with flexible rubber and leather soles designed to make wearers move in comfort.
The hi-tech footwear, which costs nearly £400 a pair, contain steel inserts in the heels, a latex gel injection in the leather soles and a rubber injection under the balls of the feet.
